Returns Policy
At Zyra-Moda, we do our best to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your order under the conditions below.
1. Important Information
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not offer free returns.
Returns are possible within 30 days after receipt .
All returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Returns will only be accepted if they meet our return policy.
2. Conditions for Returns
You can only return your order if it meets the following requirements:
The product must be returned complete and in its original packaging .
The product must not show any signs of use or damage due to careless use.
Hygiene products (such as jewelry or accessories) must be thoroughly cleaned .
Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt .
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days . If approved, you will receive a confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if products appear to have been used or damaged by your own fault.
3. How can I return my order?
To register a return, follow these steps:

Please include in your email:
✔ Order number
✔ Reason for return
✔ Photo of the product (if damaged)
✔ Name and address details
After your request, you'll receive return instructions and the correct return address. Never return your package to sender!
Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
4. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your product.
NB:
Cancellation is not possible if your order has already been shipped.
Our products are shipped directly from Asia. This may result in longer delivery times.
If you want to cancel after your order is already in transit, please wait until you receive it and then return it.

5. Refund
If your return is approved, you will receive your refund via your original payment method.
Refund period: Within 14 days after receiving your return shipment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns are processed through our central warehouse in Asia . The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
