A purchase agreement will only be concluded after we have accepted your order and you have received confirmation by email.

5. Shipping and delivery
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout.
Important information about shipping and importing:
- Products are shipped directly from a third party country (such as China) by our third party supplier.
- Zyra-Moda is not an importer of goods into the Netherlands or any other EU country. The customer is responsible for importing the goods into the destination country.
- Any import duties, import VAT, customs charges or other charges are fully borne by the customer .
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs formalities, or other external factors.
6. Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned products.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet your reasonable expectations as a consumer.
Complaints about defects must be reported as soon as possible after discovery via info@zyra-moda.com

Delays and additional costs upon import:
Zyra-Moda is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred during the import of the products into the customer's country.
All risks related to customs inspections, delays and additional duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
