Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders to the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

Can I cancel my order?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zyra-moda.com . We will do our best to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) . The estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days (Mon-Fri) after dispatch . Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer a 30-day returns guarantee on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags. For more information about our returns process, terms, and exceptions, please visit our returns page.

Which items cannot be returned?
Used items and items without original packaging or labels cannot be returned.

How to submit a return?
To submit a return, please contact our customer service team by email at info@zyra-moda.com or by phone at +31653988531 . You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, the wrong item, damaged, or defective product). For other returns, you're responsible for the shipping costs.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 14 days . Your bank may take an additional 7 business days to credit your account.
